How we handle your data
zumen-gate's policy is to state what we do, on the page — not bury it in terms of service.
Data use on the free tier
On the free tier, uploaded drawings and their conversion results are used to improve the service and to develop AI models (machine learning). Concretely: improving format parsers (analyzing files that fail to open), validating conversion quality, and training future AI features such as paper-drawing digitization and drawing recognition.
- Uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Your drawings are never sold or provided to third parties
- Please avoid uploading highly confidential drawings or drawings containing personal information

If you don't want training use
A paid plan (Pro) with no training use and immediate post-conversion deletion is available. For organizations that cannot send drawings outside the company, an on-premises edition that runs in your own environment is also available (annual license). If you routinely handle confidential drawings, Pro is the right fit. Pro can also export deletion and conversion records as PDFs for internal reporting and acceptance workflows.

zumen-gate is developed and operated by UnRobotics Inc. (株式会社UnRobotics), which also serves as the contact point for data-handling inquiries.
